Overview: design and production of: websites > the purpose, generally, is to showcase and promote the clients work and ideas > branding > an oddly unpleasant word for a form of visual story-telling. Ideally perhaps, branding would be an exercise in gently – or more persuasively – establishing and reinforcing a visual identity, perhaps with informative content and graphics > digital strategy > a slightly corporatised phrase for the evolving process of creative thinking and problem-solving purely for online platforms > blog/Tweet/Instagram > to share ideas and knowledge whilst gaining and cultivating connections and relationships > marketing > the purpose of using design to communicate a brand, an idea, or knowledge to an audience > project management > identifying the aim and heading in that direction whilst sticking to a budget and keeping the reins on ‘creep’. Design and production of: printed matter > as above, but with added smell of paper; feel of paperstock and a requirement to proof very, very carefully.

Project creep refers to uncontrolled changes or continuous growth in a project’s scope. This can occur when the scope of a project is not properly defined, documented, or controlled. It is generally considered harmful. Sometimes however, it’s the result of evolving ideas. In which case, evolving-creep in incremental stages might be embraced.
